gluten free quick oats
Add bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon, oats to the blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
Batter should be smooth with no lumps. If you'd like more of the grainy texture, do not blend it for too long.
Pour the batter onto a preheated griddle at 250 degrees F. and cook for about 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
Flip the pancake when ready and cook for additional 2 minutes. Use a nonstick griddle for best results and no additional oil needed!
Add cut berries and other fruit for more deliciousness!
