Get a good sear on the meat, then remove. Saute the onions and garlic to add additional flavor.
Add the broth and taco seasoning to the Instant Pot. Cook on manual high pressure for 50 minutes. Do a natural release. Then shred the beef!
Assemble the taco, add additional toppings like salsa, cotija cheese, and avocados! Squeeze a touch of lime and enjoy!
