Oven Corn on the Cob

an easy way to cook fresh and flavorful corn with minimal prep and a quick bake.





Remove the corn husks and silk.  Brush on the seasoning.

roast for 20 minutes at 425 degrees F.

For an optional dip: mix the mayo, bbq sauce and lime juice together.
