Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees fahrenheit.
Rinse broccoli florets and dry well. Add broccoli to a large mixing bowl.
Add olive oil, parmesan, panko crumbs and salt (optional). Mix well.
Add broccoli to the air fryer basket. It's okay if they are stacked on top each other. Air fry for 11 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Or until broccoli gets crispy edges with golden brown panko crumbs. Make sure to check the broccoli at 10 minutes in, it’s easy to overcook them!

It's okay to stack the broccoli florets in the air fryer basket, they will cook down and shrink in size.
Clean your air fryer basket prior to cooking to prevent excess smoking.
Experiment with your favorite seasonings - salt and pepper is a simple base. Adding garlic powder or chili peppers for a hint of spice is also a great addition!
Different air fryer models and sizes will vary in cooking time. Smaller baskets may need more time.
