Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
Wash and scrub three medium sized sweet potatoes.
Use a fork to pierce the potatoes - 3 times on both sides.
Place the sweet potatoes in a single layer in the fryer basket. Air fry potato for about 40 minutes.
While the potatoes are air frying, make the miso butter. Add miso to softened butter. Cream together with a mixer or fork until well incorporated.
Place the miso butter on a plastic wrap, fold the plastic wrap over and form a log shape, then roll it up tightly squeezing out any air bubbles. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
Top the potato with miso butter and garnish with chives. Enjoy while they’re hot!

Aim to use similar sized potatoes so they cook at the same time.
