½medium beet, peeled and cut into small piecesabout 3 ounces
3green kale leaves, de-stemmed about 2 ounces
½medium orange, peeled and cut into slices
½mediummedium apple, cut into slices
½cupice
½cuppure coconut water preferably no sugar added
Instructions
Add ice and coconut water to the blender. Then add cut beet, kale, orange and apple to the blender.
Blend on high for 1 minute, or until smooth.
