Ingredients
  

  • ½ medium beet, peeled and cut into small pieces about 3 ounces
  • 3 green kale leaves, de-stemmed about 2 ounces
  • ½ medium orange, peeled and cut into slices
  • ½ medium medium apple, cut into slices
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup pure coconut water preferably no sugar added

Instructions
 

  • Add ice and coconut water to the blender. Then add cut beet, kale, orange and apple to the blender.
  • Blend on high for 1 minute, or until smooth.

If you do not have a high speed blender, I recommend cutting the beetroot into smaller pieces or you can use roasted beets instead.
