Preheat air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Pat chicken wings dry and place in a large mixing bowl. Combine all kosher salt, paprika, onion powder, brown sugar, dried oregano, chili pepper and ground pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the chicken wings and toss until wings are evenly coated. Place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure there is space in between for hot air to circulate. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, until crispy and golden. Cook in batches as needed. Serve immediately! Eat them plain or with your favorite dipping sauce.

Cooking times and temperature may vary depending on your air fryer model and size.
My Philips Advance XXL airfryer can fit a little over 1 lb of wings in the basket. With smaller air fryers, you will need to cook them in separate batches.
There is no need to add oil to the chicken wings, there is enough fat on the skin to crisp it up while air frying.
If you like it spicy, add more chili powder and a bit of cayenne to the seasoning.
Make sure your air fryer basket is clean. The oil from the wings may cause it to smoke up.
