Asian Garlic Noodles with Shrimp

Delicious garlic noodles with succulent jumbo shrimp. Takes just 30 minutes!

 Ingredients

Thin spaghetti pasta

salt & pepper

jumbo shrimp

garlic

salted butter

green onion

sugar

oyster sauce

First cook the spaghetti to al dente-don't forget to salt the water! Save the 1 cup pasta water for the sauce.

Let's make some garlic noodles!

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then add oil to the pan and cook one side of the shrimp for about 3 minutes.

Flip the shrimp over and then add the oyster sauce, garlic, butter an sugar. Mix well and cook the shrimp until done.

Add the pasta and mix it well into the sauce. Add the pasta water 1 tablespoon at a time to help incorporate the sauce.

Garnish garlic noodles with sliced green onions and optional grated parmesan cheese. Serve and ENJOY!
