Saute the onion and veggies. Then add garlic and herbs and saute.
Add the whole chicken then add the broth to just the "max fill" line in the Instant Pot. Set to cook for manual high for 25 minutes.
While the chicken is cooking. Cook the noodles on the stovetop. When soup is done remove the chicken and shred!
Add the cooked noodles, shredded chicken to the bowl and ladle in the soup and veggies!
