How to Wrap Japanese Onigiri

Ingredients

flavored kombu

nori komi furikake rice seasoning

nori seaweed sheets

Japanese short grain rice

First cook the short grain rice, then add the nori seasoning to the rice and mix well.

make the rice triangle by hand or with a triangle mold
