Rau Muong Xao Toi Ingredients

Morning glory bunch sugar sliced garlic fish sauce ( I use Red Boat brand)

Cut the stalks into thirds. Then add sliced garlic with some oil to a wok.

Let's make a morning glory vegetable stir fry!

Add the morning glory into the wok with the sugar and fish sauce. Saute until leaves wilt. And you're done!

Serve the morning glory stir fry as a vegetable side dish along with a bowl of rice and protein of choice!
