How to make Bo Luc Lac (Vietnamese Shaking Beef) 

Rich and savory steak bites marinaded in a delicious sauce and pan seared in just 5 minutes!

rib eye


oyster sauce

sesame oil

fish sauce


Mix all the marinade ingredients together.

add the marinade to the meat and marinate for at least 30 minutes

Sear the meat on high heat for at least 5 minutes, making sure to get a nice char on each side.

Serve with lime, salt and pepper dipping sauce.
