Thanksgiving Roasted Chicken

A great one pan meal with perfectly cooked chicken and vegetables.


Easy and simple ingredients for this delicious roasted chicken!

Spatchcocking the chicken removes the backbone, allowing the chicken to lay flat when roasting.  This achieves a quicker roast with moist meat and crsipy skin!


When ready to cook, add the mixed vegetables to the pan and roast for 45 minutes to 1 hr at 350 F.
