How to make a french toast casserole! Cut or shred the french toast in 1-2 inch pieces. Then combine the custard mixture in a big mixing bowl.

Add the brioche bread to the custard mixture, give it a quick mix and transfer into a baking dish. Bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 55 to 60 minutes.

Serve with berries and maple syrup for a delicious and decadent morning treat!
