Cut the pork shoulder in 4-5 pieces and season well. Sear in the Instant Pot.
Add the chicken broth, scraping off any brown bits into the broth. Add the meat back in and high pressure cook for 60 minutes. When, done pull the meat apart and add bbq sauce!
