Add the orzo and saute on medium low heat for 1-2 minutes., until it is toasted. Add minced garlic and saute for an additional 1 minute.
Add chicken broth and cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally until the chicken broth is fully absorbed by the pasta.
Add the cheese and mix through.
