Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut in half. Add the potatoes to a large mixing bowl.
Add the oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt and ground pepper to the potatoes. Toss and mix well.
Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket, making sure line them in a single layer.
Air fry for 15 minutes at 400F.
