These Air Fryer Mini Potatoes are crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and are ready in just 20 minutes! The no-boil method keeps things simple. Just toss, air fry, and you’ve got a golden, flavorful side dish everyone will love. Serve with a delicious dip, sauce, or protein.

Equipment

  • 4 quart capacity Air Fryer If your air fryer is smaller, half the recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb mini potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ground pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut in half. Add the potatoes to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt and ground pepper to the potatoes. Toss and mix well.
  • Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket, making sure line them in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes at 400F.
