  • 2 pork loin chops, 1 ½ inch thick, boneless about 8 ounces
  • tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper add ¼ teaspoon more if you like spice
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ground pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400
  • Dry both sides of the pork with a paper towel
  • Rub olive oil on both sides.
  • Combine all seasoning in small bowl and evenly season both sides of the pork.
  • Air fry for 11-12 minutes or until internal temp reaches 140-145 F.
